We knew based on our two-week-out meeting that we had with Charlotte, where she meticulously walked through our schedule, decor and other plans, that Lottie would was going to be key in making our wedding the best it possibly could be, but they truly went above and beyond on the day of.”
“When the weather took a turn for the worse right when our outdoor ceremony was about to start, Janelle and Zoe were extremely comforting and supportive, kept our guests updated on plans, and were working their tails off to bring the decor in and then put it back out again when the weather got better 30 minutes later. To see Janelle come in, sopping wet, but with a smile still on her face is something I will literally never forget. Also, when our DJ made a vital error and told us he wouldn't be able to play music for the ceremony, Janelle and Zoe again came to the rescue, finding a portable speaker and using their comprehensive list of wedding songs to save the day. Speaking of things I'll never forget, Zoe literally sprinting to the lodge to grab the speaker was so incredibly appreciated during a stressful moment. I genuinely can't imagine a better day of planner. Save yourself some stress and use Lottie!!”
