We recommend reaching out 10–15 months before your desired date, depending on season and location. That said, we’re happy to chat whether you’re just engaged or already knee-deep in planning. We’ll meet you where you’re at. 

Absolutely. You don’t need a Pinterest board or theme when you walk through our (virtual) doors. We’ll explore your story, your values, and the atmosphere you want to create. From there, we’ll help you uncover a style that feels like you, something elevated, intentional, and effortlessly beautiful.  

Absolutely. We love celebrating love in all forms, from engagement parties and showers to rehearsal dinners and welcome events. If it gathers your favourite people, we’re in.  

Our Coordination packages begin at $2,850 (for up to 100 guests), with optional add-ons like extra planning sessions and takedown services.

Full Planning & Design services start at $7,000, with most of our couples investing between $8,500–$13,500 for a fully tailored experience.  

It varies widely, but we find it helpful to think in terms of cost per guest. Most of our weddings fall between $500 to $1,750 per guest, depending on venue, food & beverage, design elements, and overall guest experience. We’re happy to guide you through budgeting based on your priorities.  

Yes! We’ve planned weddings across Canada, from Victoria to Halifax. We love working in the Rockies, Okanagan, and destination venues across Alberta and beyond. Travel is always on the table.  

Yes, please! This is your celebration after all. We’re just here to make it seamless. We’ll guide you through the decisions that matter, keep you out of the weeds, and give you space to enjoy the creative parts. Think: cake tastings, champagne toasts, and walking into your design reveal like it’s magic.  

Hiring a planner is a meaningful investment and one rooted in trust. You’ll spend a lot of time with your planner, so choose someone who feels aligned with your values, listens deeply, and makes you feel supported. Ask about their process, read reviews, and ensure they have a solid contingency plan (just in case).
