Celebrating love and bringing people together has always felt deeply natural to me. Long before Lottie Weddings existed, I was the person planning the trip, organizing the details, and creating meaningful experiences for the people around me.
My professional background in residential development and construction gave me a strong foundation in organization, budgeting, logistics, and managing complex moving pieces under pressure. Today, that experience allows me to approach weddings with both creativity and structure—ensuring our couples feel supported every step of the way.
With more than 100 weddings behind us, Lottie Weddings has developed a thoughtful planning and design process that creates a deeply personalized experience for every couple. While no two celebrations are ever the same, our approach is rooted in intentional design, meaningful guest experiences, and seamless execution. I love collaborating with talented vendors to bring each vision to life in a way that feels authentic, elevated, and unforgettable.
Seeing our clients fully present—surrounded by the people they love most—is the reason I do what I do. It’s both a privilege and a passion that continues to inspire every wedding we create.

MARTINE G (the martini)
Martine makes her name unforgettable by saying, "just think of a martini." This perfectly reflects her timeless and classy style, paired with an elegant yet fun personality.
Having moved to Calgary three years ago, she’s been with her boyfriend (soon-to-be fiancé) ever since. What she loves about Lottie and weddings would "have to be working on an amazing team that is so supportive!!!"
She also loves being able to make someone's special day perfect and memorable. You'll often find her crying at the vows or father daughter dances because she loves to see love on display and weddings are the happiest day of someone's life so being able to get to share in that is wonderful.
As a true empath, Martine thrives on positive emotions and is dedicated to ensuring everyone around her is happy. She pours her heart and soul into every detail, working tirelessly behind the scenes to guarantee a seamless experience. It’s no surprise that clients and our industry partners often say, “we love Martine!”

I’m Tara — wedding coordinator, design lover, and proud dog mom to two very opinionated pups. When I’m not dreaming of beautiful celebrations, you’ll likely find me spending time with my husband, moving my body, or deep in my health-and-wellness era.
Professionally, I thrive on organization and thoughtful control — the kind that makes everything feel effortless, not rigid. My love of interior design naturally evolved into wedding design, where I get to obsess over layouts, textures, tablescapes, and all the little details that make a space feel intentional and inviting. I bring a calm, organized energy to the coordination process, paired with a creative eye and a genuine love for making people feel taken care of.
Equal parts structure and sparkle — I’m here to make sure everything you’ve planned runs smoothly and looks beautiful, from the flow of the day to the final placement of each detail.
