Romantic Spring Wedding at Azuridge Estate Hotel
Some weddings are memorable long before the wedding day arrives, and M&A's was certainly one of them.
Our journey with M&A began when the groom reached out to book our coordination services. What followed were some wonderfully quirky phone calls, plenty of laughs, and a planning relationship that quickly became one of our favourites. As their plans evolved, so did our involvement, with the couple eventually inviting us to take on the wedding design as well.
Planning their Alberta wedding all the way from Ontario, they envisioned a celebration that felt romantic and elegant, but never too serious. Something beautiful, welcoming, and full of the same fun-loving personality we'd come to know throughout the planning process.
Set against the beautiful surroundings of Azuridge Estate Hotel, their spring wedding embraced a fresh palette of soft pink, sage green, and crisp white. Working alongside the talented floral team at The Romantiks was a dream. They brought the floral vision to life through sculptural calla lilies, delicate anthuriums, lush hydrangeas, and flowing greenery. Thoughtful tabletop details and layers of candlelight added warmth and softness to the reception.
A combination of long and round tables helped create a welcoming atmosphere, balancing the beauty of the design with the experience of the guests gathered around them.
And while the setting was undeniably beautiful, it was M&A's personalities that made the celebration unforgettable. From heartfelt moments during their ceremony to playful portraits, a little cake-side romance, and a dance floor full of their favourite people, their wedding was filled with genuine joy. Photography by Taiya captured that energy beautifully, preserving both the thoughtfully designed details and the wonderfully candid moments in between.
What began as a coordination booking became a wonderful opportunity to collaborate on a celebration that was both thoughtfully designed and completely personal.
For us, that's what makes a wedding truly special. Not simply how it looks, but how authentically it reflects the people at the centre of it.
